He's talking about a different set of folks from Chicago than the ones you're thinking of. Rahm "the ballerina" Emmanuel is the toughest one in the bunch that Bad Dog's talking about. |

So he's not talking about "folks" who are with/know/related to anyone with the last name "Daley"? |
