That reminds me, I need to do another bacon wrapped pork tenderloin  Hummm, ever tried bacon under the breast skin? Kinda like the butter technique?

Haven't tried bacon-wrapped chicken. I'll have to do that.
Have done it with duck and goose because I just skin them instread of messing with plucking.

Just had some grilled, bacon-wrapped filets cooked medium rare...but, more on the rare side.

I did a pork tenderloin saturday. Treated it with a BBQ rub and then wrapped in bacon. I chilled it for about a day and then que'd it over split coals...
