Nah, he'll just add another letter and make the BATFEL (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives and Logs)

Ah, so all logs will have to be registered and we will have to buy concealed carry permits for them.  Really big logs (assault logs) will be prohibited for the general population.

only if they're painted black, have a pistol grip or detachable ammunition supply (ie twigs that can be thrown), or are otherwise "scary-looking"
