I would have loved to have seen you do this, Frank.

When in meetings or seminars at the Board of Realty here, if your phone rings once the proceedings start....it's $25 to get it back. Money goes to Habitat for Humanity.

I was at a birthday party last night in the bar of a restaurant.

We finally started teasing one woman who wouldn't quit texting on Facebook during the entire evening.  we told her she needed to enter a 12-step program..... Roll Eyes (she's in her 40's...)
